Junior School & Nursery

In order that pupils can have medicines administered during school hours, the Junior School & Nursery School requires the form below to be completed and returned to the School Office.

Senior School & Sixth Form

All medicines (prescribed or purchased ‘over the counter’) must be handed into the School Office, with clear instructions as to dosage etc using the form below:

The School follows strict guidelines with regards to the storage and administering of all medicines, whether prescribed medicines or bought “over the counter”.
